Loren is one of the best agents that you have in my opinion. His tireless dedication to his profession is a tribute to your company. He is a model example of what buyers want in an agent, loyal, trustworthy and honest.
Loren will not show a property that he feels is insufficient or unaffordable. He will work with anyone that has a desire to buy a home and the finical ability to do so. This being our first home we were unsure of the quality of agent that we would be able to obtain due to the type of home that we could afford. Loren was eager to take us as clients and made every effort to make us feel like we were the biggest clients that he had.
He came in on Saturdays to show us homes in every quadrant of San Diego. He E-mailed me homes that he thought we would be interested in, even before we got into the state. When we found the home that we wanted he did everything in his power to develop a bid that would be accepted as quickly as possible and keeping it in tune with the financial parameters that we set fort at the beginning. Loren made our home buying experience a memorable one and a pleasant one.
As a member of the military I appreciate professionalism in the civilian sector. In today’s age it is hard to find a work ethic like Loren’s without some form of selfish motivation.
